1. Operator

Nuance is operated by Eduardo Dalla Vecchia - CNPJ 65.050.886/0001-23.

2. Eligibility

Nuance is available to users globally. There is no specific age restriction stated for use of the service.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.

4. Service Usage

You may use Nuance only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not misuse the service, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the text and content you submit. We store your content for your own usage in the product and do not share it with other users.

6. Paid Plans, Cancellation, and Refunds

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
Lifetime subscriptions are refundable at any time before launch.
Regular subscriptions are refundable with no questions asked after 4 days and before 7 days from purchase.

7. Third-Party Services

Nuance relies on third-party providers, including Clause.ai, OpenAI, Stripe, and Vercel. Service availability may depend on these providers.

8. Intellectual Property

Nuance, including its software, branding, and site content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except where explicitly allowed, you may not copy, sell, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the service.

9. Disclaimers

Nuance is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific outcomes, or that generated or analyzed content will always be accurate for every use case.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nuance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be handled through standard legal processes and applicable law. No special arbitration framework is set in these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Nuance after an update means you accept the revised terms.
